Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AskRAI web application and any AskRAI plugins, including the Microsoft Teams-based chatbot (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are intended for use by employees, contractors, or authorized representatives of organizations that have entered into an agreement with AskRAI Inc. You may only use the Services if you are authorized by such an organization.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful, organizational purposes. You are responsible for all content you submit or interact with while using AskRAI, including messages entered into the chatbot interface.

AskRAI collects and retains user name, email, and conversation content for service delivery, security, support, and product improvement.
Important: Users must not input personal or sensitive information such as government IDs, medical records, payment information, or passwords into the Services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
   
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
   
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Services
   
• Introduce malware or interfere with system functionality

The Services are currently provided as part of a beta program and are not intended for production or mission-critical use.
AskRAI Inc. provides the Services “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the system may be temporarily or permanently unavailable at times.

All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are the property of AskRAI Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without explicit written permission.

AskRAI Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our agreements with your organization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskRAI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
