In addition, AskRAI logs all conversations that occur within its platform (e.g., chatbot interactions in Teams, WhatsApp, or web interfaces). We strongly discourage users from sharing sensitive or personal information (such as government IDs, medical records, payment details, etc.) through AskRAI interfaces.

• Provide access to the AskRAI platform and associated services

• Name and email address are retained as long as the user account is active or as needed to provide services.
   
• Conversation logs are stored in the AskRAI cloud environment and may be retained for auditing, quality assurance, and service improvement purposes.
   

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, access controls, and secure storage practices.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage users to avoid sharing sensitive PII through the platform.

Users are responsible for:

• Complying with organizational policies and applicable laws when using AskRAI
   
• Refraining from submitting sensitive personal information through the chatbot or ticketing systems
   
• Informing their organization’s administrator if they believe their data has been mishandled
